The communication with Scott was excellent...

Scott Manderson and his team recently performed a complete bathroom rip-out and replace in our home over the Christmas season.

Throughout the process, the communication with Scott was excellent. Although this was a relatively small job, Scott was involved right from beginning to offer advice on the design and layout, to ensure that we knew what to expect throughout the construction, and to make sure the finished job would meet our expectations.

Unlike my experience with other builders in the past, Scott kept us informed of the project time-lines well in advance so that we never felt pressured to make snap decisions that we would, or could, regret later. We always knew ahead of time what to expect over the next week, which kept our stress levels down over Christmas!

We were very impressed with Scott’s trades people. Scott would bring them by to introduce them prior to starting work, and not only were they respectful, friendly and a pleasure to have around, we were very impressed with quality of work they performed.

We are absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the completed job – the quality, the look, and the value, and would definitely recommend Scott and his team!

The quality of the work was excellent...

Scott Manderson completed renovations on our home on the North Shore in December 2010. The work included updates on three bathrooms, the living room fireplace and the downstairs recreation room. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was finished on time and on budget. Scott was always available for consultation throughout the project and provided alternative solutions to unforeseen challenges that come up in any renovation project. His construction team were polite and respectful of our family and made every effort to shield us from the work and allow us to live through the renovation in relative comfort.

The construction was done completely to my satisfaction and was done both professionally and on budget

I was very relieved after Scott and his team took on the task of a tricky renovation and repair on my three story craftsman home in West Vancouver.

A front balcony on the second floor had become the source of a water leak that was damaging the interior of my homes main floor. The entire balcony, adjacent roofing, soffits, as well as other fascia and woodwork all had to be replaced and done in a fashion so as to blend into the existing structure without becoming visible.

The construction was done completely to my satisfaction and was done both professionally and on budget. Scott’s trades people were all good workers and the kind of people in whom you had confidence in your own home.

The very best part was Scott himself who made himself readily available to explain the work as it went along, who made valuable suggestions and personally managed the entire project.
